Staff clock in and out on a tablet at your site. MoonBell matches their face, or they use a PIN, and can check that the tablet is at your site. Any device with a camera and a web browser works: an Android tablet, an iPad, a laptop or a phone.

Check and approve
Plan the shifts in a roster. MoonBell builds each timesheet from the clock-ins, checks it against the roster and flags anything a manager should look at. Managers approve the timesheets in the manager app.

Send to payroll
Approved hours, leave and New Zealand public holidays go to your payroll: to Xero Payroll as a draft pay run for you to check and post, or as a pay file for Crystal Payroll.
